Position Summary:

Primary responsible to analyze market research for the target market align with company overall strategy and provide the input from technical, product, service and market trends, work out detailed market strategy and plan.

Drive, coordinate and monitor the implementation of marketing plan and marketing activities including promotion, training and seminar in the assigned target market to achieve the sales goal.

Play as a leading role of communication between the corporate and distributor sales associates about the customer requirement, market trend, product needs in the target market

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement market strategy and plan based on company strategy and goal by utilizing the available resources

? Responsible for industry research and development, monitoring and analyzing market policy, industry trends, competitor development to get target market intelligence and customer insights by variable approaches like customer visiting, joining in industry seminars…

? Cooperate and coordinate with factory marketing departments and local sales team in new products and application promotion in target market

? Collect the product requirements from local markets to drive and influence the new product development in corporate,

? Closely work with corporate and local sales team on key project acquisition and provides the guide in product tactics, competition analysis pricing, frame contract development and obtain the resources from company and corporate and so on.

? Collect industry general requirements like stock analysis from customer, sales and industry development plan to drive the change of polity to support sales
