Responsible for Swagelok product sales via phone calls and internet to support company’s sales growth; Manage all activities with related customers in CRM system
? Responsible to handle the company phone calls and emails from outside
? Understand customers’ requirements, seek sales opportunities and select Swagelok products for customers via phone calls and internet
? Responsible to manage and follow up some new and key customers for quotes, orders and other value added service based on company’s customer segmentation to increase customer experience
? Use CRM system well to make records and manage sales activities
? Coordinate with other departments/ Field Sales Engineer for team work and team selling
? Responsible for the outsourcing coordination
? Visit customers’ jobsite as needed
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above.
Experience: 5+ years working experience in the related engineering field, proven sales background is desird. Related industry or product background is preferred.
? Good spoken and written English skills
? Strong fluid system and related industry experience
? Problem Solving
? Basic CAD or Solidworks skills
? Customer oriented and flexible
